Postage & Shipping Return Policy Warranty Shipping All items will be processed and ship out within 1 business day.
If you are in regional area the shipping cost can be a bit high, we can try to find out the exact shipping fee for your parcel to possibly save you some cost.
Shipping will be selected from Australia Post or Courier depending on its convenience.
Pickup option is available, please contact us if you'd like to do so.
Delivery time will vary depends on item size and area. Return Policy Returning product must not be used, or severe damage to the packaging that will affect it's resell value.
Package must not be opened. Customer will have 7 days from receiving the item to proceed with a return.
Buyer will be responsible for the returning expense.

Limited Warranty Policy: (Detailed)

Warranty covers manufacturing defects.

The Limited Warranty covers:

Motor
Controller
Display Unit
Charger
Throttle
**Keep your receipt and warranty paper for warranty claim.

The following situations will not be covered by the limited warranty:

1. Lack of cleaning or maintenance.
2. Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembling, or repair.
3. Accidental damage or malfunction due to improper storage.
4. Wear and tear due to usage.
5. Exterior damages or scratches.
6. Water damage or malfunction caused by riding on rainy days or wet grounds.
7. Consumables (such as brake pads/calipers, brake disc, tyres, brake cables, bearings etc.).
8. Front and rear LED light, cable connectors wiring.
9. Any logistical cost of returning the product to us for servicing or cost of returning the product to customer after servicing.
10. Defects of malfunctions of the product not notified by customer during the Warranty period.
